• NewYou Developments was started as a consulting business and was incorporated as a single member limited liability company in Massachusetts by Kenneth J. Biagioni, JR.​

                     

• An office in Woburn, MA was established as the company's headquarters.

2025

May              

• Alexis D. Tsapatsaris was hired as the Business and Marketing Manager.

June

• NewYou Developments, LLC became a partnership, bringing on partners Alexis D. Tsapatsaris, Kenneth J. Biagioni, Sr. and Devin Day.

           

• They incorporated in and were authorized to do business by the state of South Carolina

​

September   

• Shoreline Luxe, LPP was created as subsidiary company of NYD by Kenneth J. Biagioni, Jr. to separate the real estate management, design and maintenance from  NYD.   

• It was incorporated in South Carolina as a partnership. Alexis D. Tsapatsaris is the other partner.
